FAQ
Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping)?
EFT is an acupressure-based healing technique that can be used for many purposes, including physical healing. During EFT, we tap on specific emotion-related acupressure points while tuning in to an issue. This process helps to release negative energy that is trapped in our nervous system. In my coaching, I use EFT primarily to help my clients erase their limiting beliefs and release negative emotions such as grief, guilt, shame, and anger. Because with EFT we are working directly with the subconscious mind, results are dramatic and fast.

What are Belief Systems?
Each of us lives our life within the constraints of our own personal belief system, which intersects in many ways with society’s collective belief system. Unfortunately, many people grew up in environments, or had later life experiences, that damaged their belief systems. Based on things that happened in their lives, they concluded somewhere along the way that they are “not good enough,” “not attractive enough,” “not successful,” etc. These are core beliefs that are usually built upon specific memories. When we use EFT to clear the specific memories and associated beliefs and emotions, we experience dramatic improvements in our levels of happiness and success.

What is the Advantage of Doing EFT with You Rather than By Myself?
First of all, I’ve been doing EFT pretty much every day for years. I have learned shortcuts and ways of talking to the subconscious mind that are far beyond what the typical EFT beginner is able to do, and indeed far beyond what most experienced tappers are able to do. I know all the ego’s clever little tricks for keeping you “stuck” and how to let go of them to pave the way for deep transformation. Even one or two sessions with me will teach you ways of using EFT that will save you months if not years of experimentation doing it alone.
Second, we all have blind spots. I continue to work on a regular basis with an EFT expert because she helps me see mine. Results with EFT are much faster if we work with an expert.
Why Do You Use EFT as Your Primary Mode of Coaching?
I could give plenty of dating advice. Goodness knows I’ve absorbed the best of what the dating and relationship industry have to offer. What I’ve found though after extensive experimentation is that EFT is the most powerful method of rapid life transformation. It accelerates the results of normal dating advice by at least 100. I know how frustrating it is to spend money on dating advice and products that don’t work. Because your time and money are precious, I want you to see noticeable results immediately.
What Will Happen During An Emotional Freedom Technique Session With You?
I have become an expert at understanding and transforming people’s belief systems. In order to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, I will begin the session by interviewing you in depth about the area or areas that you would like to transform. Together, we will identify the core beliefs, negative emotions, and specific memories that are holding you back from achieving your dating goals. We will then proceed to clear those blocks, thus freeing you to be your fully empowered self.
If you are suffering from present-moment emotional distress (such as heartbreak after the ending of a relationship), my first priority will be clearing the grief and other intense emotions. After you are feeling calmer, we can go deeper and look at the bigger picture — often transforming old unhelpful patterns in your love life that may have led to the breakup or traumatic event.
How does meditation assist with clearing emotional dysfunction out of our energy systems?
I wrote an article about this topic here. I highly recommend using tapping in tandem with daily meditation.
